About Andrew S. Attia
Andrew S. Attia joined Grant, Genovese & Baratta, LLP in January of 2021 as an associate attorney in the firm's litigation department. Andrew Attia graduated from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law, in 1992. During law school, he focused on drafting and negotiating contract documents. Dale E. Fowler School of Law. At law school, he studied dispute resolution and advocacy. He earned a certificate in this field. Mr. Attia was a member of the Fowler School of Law Alternative Dispute Resolution Competition Team, where he competed in nationally competitive mediation and negotiation competitions against students from law schools across the country. He also gained valuable experience advocating for clients in the courts and in his own practice as a litigator. Mr. Attia gained valuable courtroom and practice experience as a certified law student, appearing in court for elderly and disabled clients, and zealously advocating on their behalf.
Before he graduated from law school, Mr. Attia practiced as a Plaintiffs lawyer, representing clients in a wide variety of matters, including personal injury and wrongful death actions, claims for time off, sexual harassment, and discrimination, as well as class action lawsuits. Mr. Attia has experience as an attorney representing Plaintiffs in state courts and is passionately advocating for them.
