Michael D. Jankowski is a former chair of the Business Reorganization Practice and a member of the firm's legal team. He focuses on corporate bankruptcies, creditors' rights, workouts, restructurings, troubled transactions, receivership, and commercial transactions. Mike also advises financial institutions and other lenders, borrowers, trade creditors, debtors, and other parties on reorganization and commercial law issues regularly, and he represents clients in the sale/purchase of distressed businesses.
