He has also served as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas and presided over settlement conferences.

Marc received his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 1981. In 1978, he graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania and New Jersey State and Federal Courts, the New York State Courts, and the United States Supreme Court.
