About James Dunn

James F. Dunn is a Diplomate of the American Board of Trial Advocates and a civil litigation specialist certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and the Minnesota State Bar Association. He has handled thousands of cases and has taken over 200 to trial or arbitration.

Mr. Dunn's professional experience includes working as an insurance claim representative for a large international insurance company prior to and during his law school studies. He has done extensive work on behalf of the defense, which has aided his advocacy role on behalf of plaintiffs.

Mr. Dunn's clients have also benefited from his experience as an ADR Neutral in alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Over the last 40 years, he has served as a neutral in over 3,000 cases.
