About Samantha L. Garrison Gonzalez
Samantha Lynn Garrison is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group. Samantha represents individuals and entities in complex commercial, personal injury, land use, intellectual property and professional liability litigation in state and federal courts.
Prior to joining DMOC, Samantha was the Deputy Village Attorney for the Village of Scarsdale, NY where she served as legal advisor to the Village Board of Trustees, boards and councils of the Village, and to the Village Manager and other Village officers and employees. She also served as the acting Village Prosecutor, prosecuting violations of local code and the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law.
Samantha received her B.S. from Siena College in 2012 with a major in Biochemistry. She earned her J.D. from Pace University School of Law in 2015. While in law school, she served as Executive Articles Editor of the Pace Intellectual Property, Sports & Entertainment Law Forum. She also worked as a student attorney with the Rockland County District Attorney’s Office. Samantha also teaches English as a foreign language online to young students around the world.
