About E. Hans Lundsten
Hans Lundsten, a noted tax attorney and former attorney-advisor with the United States Tax Court, as well as a frequent lecturer and author on tax issues, creates innovative tax plans and strategies for his business and individual clients, reducing risk and uncertainty and making the complex understandable.
He counsels closely-held business owners, corporations, governmental entities, universities, and film production companies, as well as other attorneys, on how to structure businesses and business transactions to minimize tax exposure, and he handles federal and state tax appeals. Hans has successfully argued before state courts, including the Rhode Island Supreme Court, in several significant state taxation cases.
Hans worked as an attorney/adviser to Judge C. Moxley Featherson of the United States Tax Court in Washington, D.C. before joining AP&S.
