Jeff received his B.A., magna cum laude, in 1997 from the University of Notre Dame. He obtained his J.D., summa cum laude, in 2003 from the University of Illinois College of Law, where he served as Symposium Editor of the University of Illinois Law Review, was inducted into the Order of the Coif, and was honored with a Rickert Award.
