He provides credit managers and business personnel with guidance on credit and collection policies and procedures.
Pasch also represents lenders and borrowers in commercial and real estate transactions, as well as credit facilities, both on the front end (loan structuring and documentation, intercreditor agreements, guarantees, and related financing arrangements) and on the back end (workouts, forbearance agreements, and rights and remedies enforcement). Pasch has also been a judicially appointed receiver.
Bob's business clients can rely on him to provide a wide range of legal services, from day-to-day advice to the purchase and sale of a business. Bob has worked with most of the major nationwide commercial and retail collection agencies and has been involved in numerous collection lawsuits and other business and commercial litigation (in state and federal courts). In Fair Debt Collection Practices Act litigation, he has represented insurers, law firms, and collection agencies.
