About Casey Rose Denson

Ms. Denson earned a magna cum laude degree from Tulane University and a magna cum laude degree from Tulane Law School. She was a managing editor of the Tulane Law Review and received membership in the Order of the Coif because she graduated in the top 3% of her class. Mrs. Denson worked as a clerk for the Honorable John Conery in Franklin, Louisiana after graduating from law school, before relocating to New York City and working as a public defender and child protective services attorney.
Ms. Denson relocated to Colorado in 2015, where she worked as an Associate Attorney at the prestigious firm of Killmer, Lane & Newman, LLP, litigating a wide range of civil rights and employment discrimination cases in federal and state court. Ms. Denson then joined the firm of Benezra & Culver, where she continued to represent employees and individuals who had had their civil rights violated. Mrs. Denson returned to New Orleans in 2018 and established Casey Denson Law, LLC.
Ms. Denson has successfully represented clients from various backgrounds in difficult legal situations. Ms. Denson is a member of the Louisiana State Bar, the Colorado State Bar, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Western, and Middle Districts of Louisiana.
Ms. Denson is the Chair of the New Orleans Bar Association's Civil Rights Committee and a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association's Labor Law Advisory Commission. She is also a member of the National Employment Law Association, the National Police Accountability Project, TIME'S UP Legal Defense Fund, the Louisiana State Bar Association and its Labor and Employment Section, and the Louisiana Association for Justice. Ms. Denson was selected by her peers as a Top Lawyer in Labor and Employment Law for 2021.
