In 1953, Lee C. Ashcraft and Martin E. Gerel founded Ashcraft & Gerel, LLP in a two-story walk-up in Washington DC. They did so with the belief that those injured on the job deserved the best representation the law could offer.In the years since, Ashcraft & Gerel has grown to become one of the most prominent injury firms in the country with dozens of attorneys practicing throughout Washington DC, Virginia, and Maryland.

Despite our firm’s growth, one thing has remained the same over the last 65 years: our commitment to helping individuals who have been injured or wronged.
