Attorney Matthew M. Breen is the managing partner of Lowcountry Law, LLC, which has law offices in Mount Pleasant and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. He holds his license to practice in all South Carolina Courts, and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit, U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina as well as before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina.
Mr. Breen is a member of the South Carolina Association for Justice, the American Bar Association, and is a past pupil with the James L. Petigru American Inn of Court. Matthew was selected as The Citadel's 2021 Young Alumnus of the Year. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Citadel Alumni Association, the Board of Directors of the Stray Dog Society, and is Chairman of the Body of Elders of the French Protestant (Huguenot) Church of Charleston.
