Stephen D. Boulton, an IRS Tax Attorney, grew up in Seattle, Washington. He received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Washington State University, where he graduated with honors, Summa Cum Laude. Mr. Boulton accepted a finance position at Barnes and Noble after graduation.

Mr. Boulton relocated to Tucson, Arizona in 2010 to attend law school at the University of Arizona. Mr. Boulton concentrated his studies on taxation and business courses. Mr. Boulton clerked for the Law Offices of Frederick W. Meissner, PLLC while in law school. Before pursuing his J.D. and LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Taxation, Attorney Meissner worked as a revenue agent and officer with the Internal Revenue Service. Mr. Boulton gained diverse legal experience in the areas of Taxation and Business Planning under the supervision of Attorney Meissner, including IRS and State tax audits, tax controversies, collections, and business entity selection. Mr. Boulton accepted a full-time Associate position at the Law Offices of Frederick W. Meissner, PLLC after graduation.

Mr. Boulton accepted a position with Denny Law Group, PLLC is 2014. Mr. Boulton's extensive knowledge of tax-related legal issues supplemented attorney G. Michael Denny's knowledge and passion for bankruptcy.
